Joseph Rzepecki filed a suit against a man that he claims was driving under the influence. Rzepecki claims that he was driving in South Charleston when he was hit by a 1990 Plymouth Acclaim driven by Joshua McCoy.
Rzepecki claims disability injuries due to the accident and says that he has had to deal with a great deal of physical and mental pain. He also states that he has incurred large medical bills due to all of the treatments and medications he has been subjected to becuase of the accident.
The suit claims that McCoy is liable for Rzepecki’s damages because he was intoxicated when the accident took place.
