A woman is being sued a second time over alleged DUI accidents. Dina Strickland was originally brought to court by Rebecca Bostic who claimed that Strickland was driving intoxicated and hit her, causing her injuries. Stephan Skiles has now filed a second suit against Strickland for injuring him while driving under the influence.
Skiles claims that Strickland was intoxicated when she climbed into her 2003 F150 truck outside of George’s Lounge in Kanawha County. She tried to drive the truck, but collided with Skiles, causing him injury.
Skiles is seeking damages for medical expenses, pain and suffering, and mental anguish. Strickland’s blood alcohol content was above the legal level at the time of the accidents.
Strickland believes that George’s Lounge should also be held responsible for serving her alcohol to the point where she was too intoxicated to drive.
