DUI suspect is refused bond deduction

A man who was accused of driving under the influence and killing two friends in a car crash remains in jail after a judge refused to reduce his bond. Michael Ricci, the man in jail, was arrested after a crash that occured while his alcohol concentration was over .08 killed two of his friends.

Drunken driving case causes argument
