A Central Falls City Council member was arrested Friday night for driving drunk. Shortly after 11:18pm, a police officer pulled the woman over for driving in the middle of the road and for swerving.
The City Council member was unable to produce a driver’s license because hers had been suspended. She agreed to submit to field sobriety tests but only completed one, failing it. The officer arrested her, and she later refused a blood test. She is now facing charges of DUI, driving with a suspended license and refusal to submit to a chemical test.
If you or someone you know is facing DUI charges, contact the Rhode Island DUI attorney, James Powderly at 401-662-9006.
