Truck Driver Charged with DWI in North Carolina

Rhode Island Woman Pleads Not Guilty to DUI Charges

A South Kingston woman pleaded not guilty Monday to drunk driving charges stemming from an accident last June. Heidi Harrall, 45, was arrested last year after she lost control of her car while on Route 1 in South Kingston and struck 17-year-old Sylvia Bogusz. Bogusz was severely injured in the crash.
